Pepperoni Pizza
Yes people this is a diet food!!! The ingredients used are shredded mozzarella cheese , turkey pepperoni, Allesi all natural marinara sauce and the crust is "Lavash " by samis bakery which is located in Tampa,FL but they do ship all over the world. The lavash basically acts as a thin crust and it does get very crispy and tastes really good as well. I just put all the ingredients together like a normal pizza and baked it in my toaster oven at 350 degrees. There is only a total of 6 Carbs for this whole pizza! There's 21 g of protein, 19 g of fat , 12 g of fiber and only 356 calories. YUM!
Chicken Wings
All I did for these chicken wing was seasoned them with 1 tbsp of chilli powder ,2 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp season salt, 1 tbsp garlic powder , 1 tbsp onion powder . I baked them in the conventional oven on an elevated rack at 400 for about 40 minutes. These have 18 g of protein , 20 g of fat, 250 calories and ZERO carbs! About 4 wings is a serving size , I also used a tbsp of buttermilk ranch which has 1 g of carbs , 8 g of fat and 75 calories. So yes you can still have all of your favorite football snacks, and I bet nobody will even notice that you're dieting because these are phenomenal!
