Bottle Blonde

So first of all I LOVE being a blonde! I've had dark hair which also looks great i just feel like being blonde just goes with my personality.  I wanted to write about my hair because being blonde just is not that easy. You have to take extreme caution getting it to the color you want and caring for it as well. And yes it can be super expensive as well. I happened to go the inexpensive route , and while i do have minimal damage , it really isn't as bad as everyone said it would be. I do extensive research on all products before using them or purchasing them. Everything I read said if you want bleach blonde hair , go to a salon. But I'm stubborn so I did it at home. By myself. And it looks and feels great!

Hair dye
Okay, so this is the dye I used to achieve my hair color. I bought two boxes because I have crazy thick hair and it still ran sparse, I could have comfortably used 3 boxes. First of all before i dyed my hair it was a dirty blonde with dark brown low-lights, and very dark brown roots, so it wasn't all one color,  there still is depth in my hair, it isn't all going to lift the same way. I really liked this dye, it didn't smell as bad as other  bleaching products, and I had zero discomfort while it sat for about 40 minutes. My hair was a bit brassy in the darker parts, such as the roots but that was an easy fix. It actually comes with a purple conditioner that neutralizes and tones down brassiness. So overall I had a great experience with this dye it was very inexpensive , like $12 a box. Overall I will probably continue to use this, although i'm not white-platinum blonde, I am bleach blonde which is a little more golden... and I love it!
